Friendly, attentive staffGood/strong breakfastConvenient location and parkingQuiet setting and privacyIndependent rooms/patio in some unitsPoor cleanliness (spiderwebs, dust, dead insects, cockroaches)Small/dated rooms and cheap furnishingsNoisy or poorly controllable air conditioningOccasional smoke odor in roomsBathroom issues (leak) and limited in-room supplies
Cleanliness3.1
Multiple reviews report poor cleanliness: spiderwebs, dust, dead insects in switch plates, explicit mention of cockroaches and smoky/dirty corners; several guests noted unsatisfactory room hygiene.
Service4.6
Consistently praised staff: described as very kind, attentive and helpful (including special-arrangement assistance and attentive receptionists); several guests highlight excellent, friendly service.
Location4.4
Many guests value the convenient location near the highway, parking and proximity to the fair; a few note the immediate surroundings (near a petrol station) make walking less pleasant but overall location is considered very convenient.
Room Quality3.6
Mixed to slightly below-average: some like independent room layout and space distribution, but others report small rooms, dated/motel-style furnishings, noisy/poorly controlled AC, leaking bathroom and limited amenities in-room (e.g., single pillow, smoke odor).
Amenities4.0
Basic useful amenities noted: parking near rooms, breakfast service and independent room patios; centralized AC/ventilation reported as noisy and some limitations (no individual temp control).
Value for Money3.9
Mixed perceptions: several guests feel price-quality is acceptable, while at least one guest felt the price was high for the condition; overall slightly below target due to cleanliness/room-dated comments versus rate.
Food and Beverage4.5
Breakfast is frequently praised (good/ottima/gutes Frühstück), with attentive staff making extra efforts; minor complaints such as lack of fruit were occasional but overall F&B is a strong point.
Overall Experience4.8
Overall sentiment is positive: many guests say they would return, appreciate quiet/practical location, friendly staff and breakfast; despite cleanliness and room issues, the general experience is favorable for most visitors.
