Our office is located at Via Vespasiano 65, just a short walk from the Vatican Museums entrance. Guests should look for the "Xplore Rome" signboard. Our staff will be present at the office to assist travelers with check-in and ticket collection. If guests have any difficulty finding us, they may contact us directly using the contact details provided on their booking confirmation. By Metro: Take Metro Line A (Orange Line) and get off at Ottaviano Station. From there, it is approximately a 5–7 minute walk to our office. By Bus / From Rome City Center: From Termini Station or central Rome, guests may take buses heading toward the Vatican area (such as 40, 64, or 81). Get off near Piazza Risorgimento, then walk approximately 3–5 minutes to Via Vespasiano 65.
