Tasting in Valpolicella and Soave: From Padua and Terme Euganee
Starting from Padua, Abano Terme and/or Montegrotto Terme, we head to the Valpolicella Hills, a territory renowned for the production of some of the best Italian wines. Verona is in fact the first province in Italy for the number of DOC wines, with ten recognized denominations. Here we will live an excellent wine experience: we will first visit a local winery and participate in a guided tasting, during which we will discover some of the excellent products of the territory and the elegance and complexity of Amarone, the most prestigious wine in the area. Then we move to the area of Soave where, following the visit of the winery we will conclude with the second tasting paired with some local cheeses and cold cuts accompanied by baked goods. An authentic experience that will lead us to immerse ourselves in the true food and wine tradition of Valpolicella and Soave enjoying the most precious flavors of its land.

Where this sits in Verona & Lake Garda
Verona & Lake Garda is about 13 min by road from Verona Villafranca Airport. A handsome Roman city with an opera season in its own amphitheatre, at the bottom end of Lake Garda. Works as a base for both, and as an easy stop between Milan and Venice.
