Sixty Minutes of Guided Mobility and Deep Stretching

Rome· Ancient city · food · artEnglish, Italian

Sixty minutes of guided mobility and deep stretching on the lawns of Villa Pamphilj: no singing, no spirituality, just a method that works. The only outdoor mobility session for those visiting Rome: an hour of targeted recovery, not a generic group yoga class. Designed for the body of the traveler: hip flexors shortened by flights, calves and feet put to the test by cobblestones, stiff shoulders from backpacks and the hotel mattress. A job articulation from articulation that comes from mobility training and physiotherapy, not a sequence to follow remotely. Led by a trainer with over ten years of experience in Rome, in Italian and English, with small groups of 10 people and direct corrections on each one. Mats and tools provided; no experience or flexibility needed to start, and every position has a version suitable for you.

Where this sits in Rome

Rome is about 33 min by road from Rome Fiumicino Airport. Three thousand years stacked on top of each other, still busy being a capital. Stay central and walk — the Forum, the Pantheon and a dozen churches worth the detour are closer together than the map suggests, and the city rewards wandering more than ticking off.
