We’ll start in Campo de Fiori with a traditional family grocery shop, with a selection (10+) of cold cuts and cheeses /or, an iconic restaurant and its anecdotes, we’ll have its speciality, the fried cod! Both always paired with wine! Crossing the Tiber River, we’ll move to Trastevere, where we’ll try a street food icon, the Supplì! To continue, you’ll have the chance to eat 2 of the best pasta at traditional osteria to then visit the “King of Porchetta”, to taste his famous roast pork, paired with fresh beer. Where this sits in Rome

Rome is about 33 min by road from Rome Fiumicino Airport. Three thousand years stacked on top of each other, still busy being a capital. Stay central and walk — the Forum, the Pantheon and a dozen churches worth the detour are closer together than the map suggests, and the city rewards wandering more than ticking off.
