You will also personalize your dish by choosing your preferred sauce from a selection of classic Roman recipes, adding a level of choice and authenticity not always found in similar experiences. Expect rich, authentic flavors, from freshly made pasta to classic Roman sauces and a perfectly balanced tiramisu. Set in a real restaurant in central Rome, the class combines hands-on cooking with a relaxed, restaurant-style dining experience once your dishes are ready.
