Cleanliness4.6
Generally praised as very clean and well maintained across multiple reviews; a few mentions of slightly dusty air by a sensitive guest.
Service4.9
Staff repeatedly described as very kind, helpful and available; one isolated issue with access-code/phone during late arrival and a comment about fewer staff, but overall service is excellent.
Location5.0
Consistently highlighted as central, right in the heart of Bolzano and very convenient; noted as surprisingly quiet despite being on a busy street.
Room Quality4.3
Rooms described as spacious, modern and comfortable with king beds and good facilities; recurring negative point is that the sofa bed/sleep couch is not very comfortable.
Amenities5.0
Well-equipped (dishwasher, washing/drying nearby, two TVs, free gym access, supermarket across the street) and considered a strong point by many guests.
Value for Money4.1
High quality overall, but several guests noted the price was high and cutlery was limited — value perceived as slightly below other excellent aspects.
Food and Beverage4.7
Breakfast (served at an associated hotel) was described as very tasty and varied by guests who mentioned it; otherwise limited direct mentions but positive where noted.
Overall Experience4.7
Across reviews the stay is repeatedly recommended: modern, clean, central and comfortable with helpful staff; minor issues did not materially affect the overall positive experience.
