Step into the kitchen of a certified organic masseria in the heart of Salento and learn to make authentic Pugliese pasta from scratch. Masseria Stali grows its own ingredients — cereals, vegetables, olive oil — all certified biological, all harvested on the estate. Your hands-on session is guided by an expert operator who will walk you through three traditional pasta formats and their sauces, from dough to plate. The experience begins with a tour of the farm and its own-grown raw materials, grounding the cooking in the land itself. Everything you cook, you eat — paired with a glass of the estate's wine. This is not a demonstration: you roll, you shape, you cook, you taste.
