Meeting point & pickup

Our drivers, all English speaking, will meet you at your hotel lobby or at your private address. The baggage allowance is 1 big suitcase per person plus your hand luggage. In case of a larger number of suitcases that cannot be accommodated inside the car, the driver can refuse the service, making clear that the service will be charged anyway. Exceptionally in the case of hotels located in very narrow streets, the driver will pick up passengers at the closest point reachable by car. At the time of the booking please specify your flight number details, in this way the driver will know the exact terminal in the airport to drop you off. IMPORTANT: please book the departure time at least 3hrs in advance considering your flight departure, in order to arrive at airport in time for all check in procedures.

Cancellation

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
