The order of stops may vary due to pickup location, traffic, opening hours, weather and ticket availability. Admission tickets to all three sites are not included and must be purchased separately.
After booking, you will receive instructions and official purchase links. Alternatively, we can arrange tickets on your behalf through a separate secure payment link. Requests and payment for Mount Vesuvius tickets must reach us at least 5 days before the tour. Tickets are subject to availability and may be non-refundable once purchased. A small transaction fee may apply to assisted ticket purchases. Mount Vesuvius admission is not guaranteed until the ticket purchase is confirmed.

Meeting point & pickup
Pickup is available from accommodations, cruise ports, train stations and Naples Airport within the area covered by your selected tour option.
Whenever vehicle access is permitted, we will meet you directly at your accommodation. If the address is located in a pedestrian area or on a street inaccessible to vehicles, pickup will be arranged at the nearest accessible meeting point.
Cruise passengers must provide the name of their ship, docking time, expected disembarkation time and required return time.
Drop-off is normally provided at the original pickup point. A different drop-off location within the area covered by the selected option may be arranged upon request.
For the “Pompeii and Herculaneum only” option, pickup and final drop-off are in Pompeii. Private transportation between Pompeii and Herculaneum is included.
