The lesson lasts about 3 hours and is followed by lunch of the dishes prepared, accompanied by the estate's wines. Where this sits in Pisa & Lucca

Pisa & Lucca is about 6 min by road from Pisa Galileo Galilei Airport. More than the tower, and Lucca next door is the reason to stay: a walled town with a tree-lined rampart you can cycle around. A calm base for western Tuscany.
