What guests mention

Summarised from this property's guest reviews by our supplier — not written by a guest.

Friendly, helpful staffExcellent breakfast with good varietyComfortable, clean roomsGreat location and pleasant viewsHigh-quality spa, pools and restaurantFree garage/parking notedCharging for spa/outdoor pool accessPerceived high price / value-for-money concernsReduced service levels when hotel was quiet (bars unattended)Dinner service sometimes starts late
Cleanliness4.8
Multiple reviews explicitly state rooms are clean ('Camera pulita', 'room was perfect'); cleanliness is consistently praised.
Service4.6
Staff repeatedly described as courteous, helpful and professional ('personale cortese, disponibile', 'staff super helpful'); a few mentions of reduced presence at bars/communication lapses slightly temper a perfect score.
Location4.8
Location praised as excellent and within walking distance of the centre, with rooms/terrace offering lovely views.
Room Quality4.8
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable, well equipped and well maintained ('camera molto comoda', 'Chambre spacieuse', 'rooms well equipped').
Amenities4.3
Spa, indoor and outdoor pools and restaurant are high quality and well liked, but access/charging for the outdoor pool/spa was a recurring complaint which reduces the score.
Value for Money3.8
Several guests commented that the price felt high for what was offered and that some offerings (e.g., paid pool access, breakfast expectations) reduced perceived value.
Food and Beverage4.6
Breakfast is frequently praised for variety and quality; dinners and restaurant service received positive remarks, though one comment noted dinner service started late.
Overall Experience4.9
Overall sentiment is very positive with multiple strong recommendations and enjoyable stays; minor issues (spa charges, occasional service lapses) do not outweigh generally excellent experiences.
