Cleanliness4.8
Multiple guests explicitly described the hotel as spotlessly clean and reported the spa, pools and rooms as 깨끗하고 쾌적 — consistently positive cleanliness comments.
Service4.8
Service repeatedly praised: staff described as 친절, 'accueil et le service sont remarquables', and professional — strong, attentive service across reviews.
Location4.9
Excellent mountain location in the Dolomites with views of Latemar/Rosengarten; ski-in/ski-out and praised as a 'magical' setting — location is a major positive.
Room Quality4.3
Generally good rooms (some reviews say 'superbes'), but there are specific complaints about at least one room being dated, lacking a shower and having only a bath — mixed but leaning positive.
Amenities4.8
Spa and wellness facilities receive standout praise (multiple sauna rooms, pools, relax rooms, great spa design and panoramic orientation); bar/outdoor areas also praised though limited beverage service on-site is noted.
Value for Money4.8
At least one guest explicitly calls the hotel 'rapport qualité-prix imbattable' and other comments imply the experience justifies the price — overall very positive value perception.
Food and Beverage4.6
Breakfast buffet described as extremely varied and delicious; several mentions of delicious dinner, but there are isolated criticisms (one guest disliked dinner quality) and operational limits (no room service, no on-site beer/wine sales).
Overall Experience4.8
Overall sentiment across reviews is highly positive — many recommend and intend to return; a few specific negatives (dated rooms, beverage/service limits) slightly temper an otherwise exceptional experience.
