The tour begins with an e-bike ride through the center, passing its main squares and landmarks such as the Ducal Palace and the Basilica of San Martino. Just outside the town, the countryside opens up among vineyards, wheat fields, dry-stone walls, trulli and centuries-old olive trees: the perfect setting for an easy, relaxing ride. Along country roads, you’ll reach a breeding farm with two native species: the Murgese horse and the Apulian black pig.
