At The Italian Home Cooking School You will touch the origin and the regional traditions that made great the Italian cuisine, now officially included in the World Heritage List by UNESCO, the cultural organization of the United Nations. You will be guest, and enter in my home learning how manage the basis of the daily and special days food preparation. Once back home, you’ll be able to recreate the dishes you’ve learned for your friends and loved ones.
