What guests mention

Summarised from this property's guest reviews by our supplier — not written by a guest.

Convenient location near the autostrada and ample parkingFriendly, professional and helpful staffSpacious rooms with comfortable beds and ACGood restaurant and many reports of a varied, abundant breakfastGood value for money as a travel stopoverInconsistent cleanliness — some rooms and common areas reported as dirty or smokyCommon areas, exterior facade and some furniture need renovation or replacementOccasional maintenance issues (e.g., lack of hot water in a shower)Reception closed after 23:00 (though organised for independent check-in)Breakfast experience inconsistent for a minority of guests
Cleanliness4.2
Mixed sentiment: many guests report clean, spacious rooms, but multiple reviews note serious issues (smoky/dirty rooms, stained walls, dusty surfaces, common areas needing renovation and at least one report of no hot water).
Service5.0
Strongly positive: staff repeatedly described as friendly, professional and helpful (quick room changes during AC issues, courteous reception, organised after-hours arrangements).
Location4.9
Very positive: repeatedly praised for being conveniently just off the autostrada, close to shops/restaurants with a large adjacent car park and easy access to nearby destinations.
Room Quality4.5
Generally positive: rooms described as spacious with comfortable beds, good bathrooms and AC; however some rooms reported furniture wear, smoky or marked walls and minor maintenance needs.
Amenities4.6
Mostly positive: good buffet breakfast and a strong on-site restaurant mentioned, large parking, USB sockets and AC in rooms; isolated negative reports (no hot water, limited reception hours) reduce score slightly.
Value for Money4.9
Positive: several guests explicitly state the price/quality ratio is very satisfactory and consider it good value as a stopover.
Food and Beverage4.6
Mixed-to-positive: many guests praise an abundant, varied breakfast and a very good restaurant, but a few report poor or minimal breakfast experiences and unhelpful breakfast staff.
Overall Experience5.0
Overall leaned positive: most guests are satisfied and willing to return (good service, location, room comfort), tempered by recurring cleanliness and maintenance issues noted by some.
