Where this sits in Florence

At €66 a night, Hotel Regina is cheaper than almost anything else in Florence, where stays run €75 to €262 a night. Florence is about 8 min by road from Florence Peretola Airport. Compact enough to cross on foot in half an hour, and holding more Renaissance art than most countries. Busy in the middle and calm five minutes out; the Oltrarno side of the river is where people actually live and eat.
