Cleanliness4.1
Standard quality for this hotel tier (cleanliness not mentioned in reviews).
Service3.6
Mixed sentiment: several reviews praise helpful staff, but a strongly negative report about reception being closed at arrival, rude behaviour and IDs retained overnight lowers the score.
Location5.0
Consistently praised: central position, close to the train station and convenient for visiting Turin (multiple reviews cite location positively).
Room Quality3.8
Generally comfortable and convenient but minor issues noted (confusing light switches, heating not adjustable) reduce the score slightly.
Amenities3.4
Negative points for lack of a dedicated hotel parking and gate/entry issues that affected guests with bicycles; otherwise standard for the tier.
Value for Money5.0
Positive: explicitly mentioned as good value in a headline and reinforced by comments on location and convenience.
Food and Beverage3.0
Negative: breakfast described as poor ('colazione scarsa') in at least one review, lowering this category.
Overall Experience5.0
Overall impression is positive for many guests (excellent location, good value, helpful staff), though there are notable service failures reported by some; aggregated as a generally favorable experience.
