Handmade orecchiette Civitavecchia meets Puglia
The experience includes a cooking class where I will teach you how to prepare handmade Puglian orecchiette using the same method my grandmothers used: on the wooden board with the classic flour fountain, we will prepare the dough with which to make the symbol of Puglia, which we will then dress with a simple tomato sauce that I will have prepared for you and a sprinkle of Cacioricotta, another delicacy of Puglian cuisine. Next, you will enjoy a complete lunch which will include the famous Bombette di Martina Franca, a kind of meat rolls cooked in the oven, and which will then be concluded with the Pasticciotto leccese, a sweet from the Apulian tradition now famous throughout Italy. The experience also includes a good bottle of red wine for every 2 people, always from the Apulian vineyards, unlimited water, soft drinks for minors, and espresso coffee.
