In 2-hour you can prepare your favorite pasta choosing from mouth-watering ravioli of fresh ricotta and parmesan cheese or noodles accompanied by fresh pesto or tomato sauce. And why not gnocchi or risotto? Each class is limited to 12 participants – guaranteeing one-on-one interaction with your cooking instructor. In this class, you’ll learn to form and fill traditional of stuffed pasta, how to prepare the main kind of dough for filled pastas and paired with its own delectable sauce.
