Together, you will prepare classic Ligurian focaccia, fresh handmade pasta, pesto made in a traditional marble mortar, and sweet Gobeletti – delicate shortcrust pastries filled with apricot jam. While cooking, Patti will share stories about local traditions, Ligurian culture, and the renowned Taggiasca olive oil. Step by step, you will learn authentic recipes passed down through generations.
