The closer train station is Vignola 7km far from our location 15 minutes by taxi(20euros) but you have to reserve a taxi in advance because there are not taxi there. The tour starts with a tour of the vineyards around the company and you will see all the productions from the grapes to the final products. You will then taste 8 different balsamic vinegar from 5years to 100 years old. Welcome to the world of top quality balsamic vinegar. tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto, Mortadella, Salame with a typical bread of this area. 1 Bottle of Lambrusco wine to be drink during the tasting.
