Art & Wine Experience in Valpolicella at Palazzo Montanari

4.50(8)Verona & Lake Garda· Opera · lakesideGerman, English, Italian

We begin our tour with a relaxing walk through our vineyards in the ancient “brolo” or garden of Palazzo Montanari. This is where the fruits for the production of our four classic Valpolicella wines and extra virgin olive oil are grown. After our walk through the vineyards we will visit the jewel of the property, the villa of Montanari, one of the oldest villa’s in Valpolicella. It’s a journey of history and territories throughout the centuries. After experiencing the riches of the villa, you may spend time under the wonderful portico in our courtyard with a panoramic view of Valpolicella, and taste our renowned wines made with passion and dedication in a beautiful, quiet and tranqui setting. Where this sits in Verona & Lake Garda

Verona & Lake Garda is about 13 min by road from Verona Villafranca Airport. A handsome Roman city with an opera season in its own amphitheatre, at the bottom end of Lake Garda. Works as a base for both, and as an easy stop between Milan and Venice.
