What sets this experience apart is the intimate atmosphere and the direct interaction with the chef in her own Florentine kitchen. With a maximum of only 6 guests, the class is fully hands-on and personalized, allowing everyone to actively learn traditional pasta-making techniques rather than simply watching a demonstration.
