Cleanliness4.5
Multiple reviews explicitly state rooms and hotel are clean ('pulita', 'impeccabile'); overall strong cleanliness sentiment.
Service4.6
Consistently praised staff: 'gentile', 'very helpful', 'professional' — service is a clear strength across reviews.
Location4.7
Many comments note a central, convenient location ('posizione centralissima', 'perfect for walking everywhere'); location is a standout positive.
Room Quality4.1
Rooms often described as comfortable and well-kept, but some mentions of small rooms, mattress comfort issues and balcony insect problems lower the score slightly.
Amenities4.0
Pool and spa are highlighted positively, but some reviews note the spa/pool are dated and the gym is minimal or non-functioning, reducing the overall amenities rating.
Value for Money4.5
Explicit remarks about excellent value ('ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo', 'rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale') support a high score for value.
Food and Beverage4.8
Numerous remarks praise the breakfast as excellent, abundant and varied ('colazione ottima e abbondante', 'Colazione top'), indicating very strong F&B sentiment.
Overall Experience3.8
Overall reviews are largely positive with many 'tutto perfetto' and return intentions, but recurring minor negatives (dated spa, AC control issues, occasional mattress/room size complaints) temper the aggregate overall score.
